Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchini, spiralized

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
