Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut milk 1/4 cup low-carb sweetener (e.g. erythritol, stevia)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: coconut whipped cream, berries, nuts
Instructions:
Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
Scoop out the flesh and place it in a blender or food processor.
Add the cocoa powder, coconut milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender/food processor.
Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
