Keto Chocolate Avocado Pudding


  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk 1/4 cup low-carb sweetener (e.g. erythritol, stevia)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: coconut whipped cream, berries, nuts


Keto Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. 

Scoop out the flesh and place it in a blender or food processor.

Add the cocoa powder, coconut milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender/food processor.

Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. 

Taste and adjust the sweetness if necessary.

Transfer the pudding to individual serving bowls and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

When ready to serve, top with whipped cream, berries, nuts, or any other toppings of your choice.
