- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth

- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Remove the core from the cabbage and carefully remove the leaves one at a time. Blanch the leaves in the boiling water for 2-3 minutes or until they are tender. Remove from the water and set aside to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, onion, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Take a cabbage leaf and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center. Roll the leaf around the filling and tuck in the sides. Place the cabbage roll seam side down in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
