Keto-Friendly Jamon and Cheese Omelette


  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 ounce Jamon, diced
  • 1/2 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add Jamon to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until slightly crispy.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to set.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over one half of the omelette.
  6. Using a spatula, fold the other half of the omelette over the cheese and press down gently.
  7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and the eggs are fully cooked.
  8. Slide the omelette onto a plate and serve hot.
