- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: chopped cooked bacon, sliced green onions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam or boil the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain well and set aside.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the heavy cream until hot but not boiling. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the cream cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the minced garlic, Dijon mustard, onion powder, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to the cream mixture. Stir until well combined.
