  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts in the mixture, making sure they are fully coated.
  4. In an oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.
  5. Remove the skillet from the heat and place it in the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
  7. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and grated parmesan cheese. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
  8. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the chicken and serve with the garlic parmesan sauce.
