- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts in the mixture, making sure they are fully coated.
- In an oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and place it in the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and grated parmesan cheese. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
