Keto Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry:


  • 1 lb. flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos (for a soy-free option)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish


  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce or coconut aminos, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli in the skillet and stir to coat.
  6. Optional: top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
